"Seattle Views" Antique Souvenir Book - Leather Cover w/ Pyrography 1890s Era

This is a very nice late-1800s pre-automobile views of Seattle, Washington, souvenir picture book. It has a leather front and back cover with hand-done pyrography that reads "
Seattle Views
" with a floral design. The back reads "
A Merry Christmas
." The book measures 5.25" x 7" with 15 single-sided pages. Each page shows one or more images of Seattle. The first page is actually a pull-out that measures 13" long. It is an image of Seattle from the Harbor.
Some of the other views are Mount Rainer, steamboat leaving for the Gold Fields, Olympia Range from Seattle, Pioneer Place, First Avenue (North from Cherry Street), Snoqualmie Falls, Second Avenue, Seattle Water Front with ships, collage of buildings (churches, hospitals, schools, etc.), Pavilion at Madison Park, Leschi Park, University of Washington, Port Orchard Dry Dock, U.S. torpedo boat "Rowan," logging and hop picking, Coal Bunkers, and Port Blakely Saw Mills.
Condition of the book is excellent. Still has the original green silk tie. This is a nice historical book of Seattle before automobiles. Judging by the image of the torpedo boat Rowan, this book would date to probably 1899.
